Employee Assistance Program
Managing and expanding the Ansley Golf Club Employee Assistance Program by materially increasing the funds available to empower our workforce by caring for them in times of crisis and helping them grow professionally through grants and scholarships that broaden their skillsets and encourage them to make Ansley Golf Club a career rather than a gig. A long-tenured workforce is better able to provide personalized service that enhances the “Ansley Experience.”

Ansley Golf Club Pro-Am
Housing the financial side of the Ansley Golf Club Pro-Am, a nationally recognized annual charity event. The Ansley Golf Club Foundation is a 501(c)(3) and is responsible for managing both member donations and the payouts to the designated charities. The Foundation’s involvement ensures member contributions are tax-deductible when they exceed the services and benefits provided to the donor, and eliminates the substantial charges previously paid to a third party for these services.

Community Outreach
Spearheading a community outreach initiative to strengthen our bonds with the various homeowners’ associations serving the historic communities where so many of our members reside and whose support is vital to our continued success. Ansley Golf Club was the first private club in the nation to serve as the centerpiece of a residential development, a gathering place designed to encourage social discourse among the new homeowners. These neighborhoods have flourished over time and provide a steady stream of new members. The Foundation will work hard to be a good neighbor and a reliable partner in projects that jointly benefit our community.
